Dispatch & Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company’s negligence) unless the Buyer gives written notice to the Company of the non-delivery within seven days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.

Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note against any invoice raised for such Goods.

The term Delivery includes the handling, packaging and the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the type of postal service available.


Standard Delivery Within the UK

UK orders less than £19.00 will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail, or other appropriate postal service at the discretion of SILK Electronic Cigarette.

Normal delivery takes between 3-5 working days.

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 15 working days before claiming against Royal Mail. Most lost items are located within the postal system within this period of time. If your item is lost or undelivered, you should contact your local Delivery Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. If after 15 working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, name and address for assistance.

If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reason, we will resend the items subject to a redelivery charge. If you decide to not have the goods returned, we will charge a £5 restocking charge (or 5% of the order value if over £50). We will be unable to refund actual delivery costs.

Express Service

UK mainland orders (excludes Northern Ireland and UK Islands) in excess of £30.00 will dispatched by an Express Courier service.

Items are shipped by Express Courier is not intended to imply you will receive your item the Next Working Day from placing an order and excludes Band Holidays and Public Holidays.

SILK Electronic Cigarette will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. SILK Electronic Cigarette are unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded.
