E-Cigarette Still the Best Way to Negate the Health Impact of Smoking

Many efforts have been made to help smokers get rid of their habit, few has made the breakthrough but for E-cigarette. From inhalators, gum, lozenges, patches, nasal sprays to prescription drugs, there are many officially endorsed methods smokers can use to rid their habit. All can help but none of them can replicate the conventional cigarette. And but there is still a way that really works: E-cigarette.

What is E-cigarette?

E-cigarette is a kind of a battery operated device used to vape the nicotine liquids. Unlike the conventional method of smoking wherein tobacco is burnt to deliver their payload, the electronic cigarette use electric charge to vaporize a dose of nicotine available in various flavors, today. Given its less adverse health impact, the method has been very popular in many countries across the world like America, Britain, and Japan. The studies and even government health departments of those countries consider this far better and safer than smoking.


Though E-cigars have made it presence far back, around a decade ago, it is not that popular as it should be. Still many people doubt its impact on health. The knowledge of its effects still needs to be disseminate to more people. Also many people worry about who is using them. Children using e-cigarette are thought to be more susceptible to becoming addicted and as a result they may turn to smoking to satiate their nicotine cravings.

The growing concern has also put pressure on e-cigarette firms to do something concrete to stop children from using this. Firms in some countries have been issued notice to do that or face legal consequences.

But let me us tell you that what the studies show is based on the old facts. In fact, using e-cigarette is much better and safer than smoking. And health experts also believe so. What needs to be done is to spread effects of using e-cigarette and how it can help smokers get rid of their habit, and start a healthy life.
